1. Order Cancellation

At Shri Krishna Enterprises, as our products are primarily custom-manufactured heavy industrial equipment, cancellations are only accepted within 48 hours of placing the order and initiating the advance payment. Once fabrication has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

• The order is cancelled within the 48-hour grace period.
• We are completely unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances or material unavailability.
• The final delivered product has major manufacturing defects that cannot be rectified or replaced by our engineering team.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Any bespoke or custom-fabricated equipment built specifically to your provided dimensions or requirements is strictly non-refundable once production has started or delivery is complete.

4. Process for Returns/Refunds

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@shrikrishnaenterprisess.com with your order details and reason for the request. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 working days.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
